You need to eat frequently, every 2/2:30 hours. Your day should look like this… 9:00-10:00: Breakfast 12:00- Snack 2:00- Lunch 4:30- Snack 6:30-Dinner 9:00- Snack Now, you want to gain weight but you need to do it healthily so it’s important you don’t just eat loads of salty and fatty junk foods. Lunch: – A sandwhich with brown bread and a filler of your choice or a jacket potato with beans or tuna. – Have a smoothie and pot of yogurt with your lunch. Dinner: – Anything your family cooks! Anything you want, pasta is a great choice with salad. Potato's with meat or dishes with rice are perfect. – Have a glass of milk with your dinner and a pudding after, something high fat like ice cream, a chocolate bar or slice of cake. Snacks (3 of these a day) – Rice cakes with peanut butter, nuts and seeds, fruit salads, yogurt, cereal bars, milkshakes (any flavour), rice pudding, dark chocolate or a small milk chocolate bar. Before bed or for your evening snack, have a milkshake cos these do help pack on the pounds

Sensible diet weight loss plan? I'm five foot 8, 145 pounds, I workout for an hour every day, burning about six hundred calories each session. I plan to lose twenty pounds for this christmas putting me at 125. I eat about 1700 calories per day, I used to eat about one thousand calories but I found it hard to not cave in during the evening munchy cravings. I'm kind of at a plateau in my weightloss, I've lost ten pounds so far and want to reach my goal. I eat vegetables and fruits regularly with the addition of chicken for protein, but I cave in a lot to carbs in the evening… Any tips on how to get rid of carb hunger, any tips to break through this plateu and lose the twenty pounds I want? Any other ways to stop eating a lot, I use to be able to control my hunger by not eating for awhile?? Any advice is welcome thank you. Also is there anyway to tweak my diet to lose weight? I usually eat yogurt in the morning along with a bowl of ceteal, at lunch I eat a chicken salad with fruit and vegetables. At supper time I eat chicken with a lot of vegetables. Quick weight loss diet? Ok here is the deal. I was a little over wieght but i didn't look too fat before (it looked more curvy than fat) now I’ve moved out of my house with my partner and gone on the pill.
