    If you want to change because you're unhappy, that's fine. But don't work yourself too hard, you're only 12. :) Run run run, lots of cardio! Thirty minutes a day or something. Drink water or green tea. Don't eat after 7p.m & if you like playing video games like I do, I play just dance two everynight before bed to tone my body. Stay away from fatty foods, eat alot of veggies and grilled foods. Do some crunches, situps. Oh make sure when you're running, you don't run the same pace everyday. Your body can get adapted to it, and you wont lose anything. So change it up.
