    Good weight loss plan….? Okay, well I'm sixteen and I really want to start losing weight, I was thinking about Jogging (with walking breaks inbetween) but if I did that everyday wouldn't it like wear down my muscles? Should I Do it every other day? I don't know…. Does anyone have a Diet/exercise plan that actually worked for you? I'm really bad with diets and my family's not really supportive, so It would have to be something I could do by myself, (I can't get a ride to the Gym, and they're not going to buy different foods just for me.. Etc) Any information provided would be helpful! [: I want to lose about sixty pounds.

    Needing a serious weight loss plan for my beagle? I’ve a large beagle male whom is about 15-16 inches and he’s fourty-four lbs. He was in a severe accident meaning he couldn't be walked and put on a lot of weight. Since his recovery he has been going on average of 3hour walks per day. But weight seems to be gaining and he gets what seems to be very little food so what shall we do to up his exercise can you give me what you think would be an ideal exercise and feeding routine ? We feed him dry senior food, he’s only three but the lady. At the store said it’ll work as a good dietary as is nutritious with no fats. So how much grams of food should he get per day? And how long should the walks be. Its been a few months since he’s recovered so I really want to get my finger out and help him lose weight quickly thanks for your help

    Is this Weight Loss plan good? I'm a thirteen year old girl and in desperate need of weight loss. My goal: ten pounds per month Sunday- Fast the whole day Monday- Diet Tuesday- Diet n' Exercise Wednesday- Diet n' Exercise Thursday- Diet n' Exercise Friday- Diet Saturday- Fast the whole day Exercise- As in Exercise for More Than one hour, Running on Treadmill, and etc. Diet- As in No Junk food, only 1200 calories a day. Fast- As in Fast (from food) but I can drink as much water as I want. Will this Diet (lifestyle) work? Will it help me reach my goal? Is there anything I can do to improve this Plan? Will I become unhealthy? Help?

    I need a healthy weight loss plan/work out advice? I’m currently 185 lbs, and my goal weight is 115. I'm only 5ft1. I want to start working out and losing weight, but I’ve no idea where to start. I’ve really bad knees, so I can't do any running or jogging, which hinders what I can and can't do. I just need someway to kick this off. Help?
