This is my third blog on Hcg…and hopefully my last. This newest addition to the Hcg Diet Protocol has quite a few pointers on the diet itself. Making it easier for anyone to do it on their own…which I did…and was successful in losing thirty lbs. This “diet” needs to be researched first. Its not a “diet” that you can just start on Monday. The author takes you through the Hcg Protocol…step by step. Read it first before beginning the diet! Very important! If one “sticks” with it, the results are tremendous…and fast!! I’ve tried all diets..this one spoke to me. I “finally got it”. This blog also contains some recipes…which was a plus for me! If you’re wondering if this is for you…do your research. During the “very low calorie diet” aka: “VLCD” days I found myself with boundless energy and no hunger pains…I’m not kidding. If you do this right..you’ll have the same experience.

Prime rib, its a better cut of meat, get a salad or potatoes (not french fries) and no gravy and you shouldn’t be doing your self any harm.

In Dr. Marinez’s prcis describing his “Dog Dish Diet for Pets,” at the Gilroy Veterinary Hospital website, he provides an encompassing overview of virtually all of the main points found in his blog, Dr. Greg’s Dog Dish Diet, with the exception that there is not any reference to Spot’s Stew. In other words, this prcis says it all: Follow its sound advice and you need not buy his blog. The only thing lacking in his blog is a much-needed chapter on the specific commercial dry and wet dog foods that he recommends, as based upon his 30 plus years of professional experience. This data is essential for dog owners and it’s blaringly absence. His blog doesn’t have to be lengthened to accommodate this information, since its current 4 chapters are in themselves redundant. It simply needs to be reedited to avoid this redundancy and provide its readers with this needed information. Once this is completed, Dr. Greg’s Dog Dish Diet will be even more welcomed by its readership.

What fad diet does these things to your body? I would like to do a fad diet before my real diet. “WHY” you ask? Well because i do and because school starts soon, so if i can get the weight off first then worrie about keeping it off later then im ok with that. I don’t want to do the lemonaid diet or whatever that thing is. I want a fad diet that will let me lose 30lb in 2-3 weeks, and that will help my skin become clear and healthy. And clear bacteria out of my body. What fad diet does this?

I was not into fasting until I came across “The detox mono-diet, the miracle grape cure and other cleansing diets by Christopher Vasey, and soon my fridge became home to over fifteen pounds of organic grapes. Now began a minute scrutiny of the blog so that I could find out firsthand what this blog and the fasting regimen is all about. Part I of the blog explains the nature of illness and the role of toxins. This is followed by an introduction to the grape cure as perfected by Johanna Brandt. There is a neat summary of the steps involved in the cure, namely, elimination, fasting, role of the grapes, raw diet, and finally, hypo-toxic diet. The physiology of fasting is explained on the basis of autolysis. When food is withheld completely, the body resorts to autolysis and extracts nutrition from the non-essential reserves like tumors, ulcers, fatty deposits, as well as toxins. Once these resources are depleted, the body will look to digesting the vital tissues and organs, but that’s an extreme measure taken only when there is total and prolonged starvation. Fasting is recommended until there is a true need to eat instead of just the desire. The importance of consuming sufficient quantities of water is mentioned clearly. During fasting autolysis and the regeneration of healthy tissue go
