Is such fast weight loss possible ? Someone told me that she could lose four pounds in one day by exercising hard, i just couldnt belive it. . Is it even possible or was she making up?

Fast weight loss, five hundred dollars if I win? Lemme start out by saying I'm broke. I'm really, really broke. There's this competition going on at my gym to see who can lose the highest percentage of body weight in sixty days. I need to win. I've been trying to lose weight for about two years, and recently gained like fifteen pounds. (yikes, I know..) My stuff= age: sixteen gender: female height: 5'4″ weight: 150lbs activity: light/medium (I go to the gym every day for 1-1.5hrs, but apart from that I'm sitting around) I'm aiming to lose fifteen pounds in the next sixteen days, but I'll be happy with 10. How many calories do I need to eat to lose that weight? I don't care if it's **really low**, it's just for sixty days. So anything above six hundred and less than one thousand is fine with me. Yes, I know that's unhealthy, but I NEED TO WIN. And when it's over I'll start eating a “healthy” amount of calories. How much water should I drink? Do slimfast shakes work? THANKS

If you really, really, really need to win it might be ok to actually fast for a few weeks. It won't be that unhealthy if you're above eightteen and done with puberty, I know people that do month long fasts just for health. Do what anorexics do and workout on top of like under three hundred calories. Then once you start dropping weight like mad start creeping up your calories, like if you've been eating two hundred calories for the past week do 220 for a couple days, then 240, and start slowly getting your body out of starvation mode while still exercising so you don't gain weight like mad. This is not recommended for daily life, but if you're really really broke desperate times call for desperate measures. And you know there will be other people in ana (anorexic) mode, so if you want to beat them… Also slimfast shakes don't work at all, they're full of fat and sugar and the only thing they do is make you eat less because of the slimfast diet. They don't work in ana mode. Oh, and be careful about this because you want to lose body fat, not muscle so you'll need to keep up exercising. Count your calories really carefully, because I find it's less tempting to eat when you're putting every calorie you eat into a journal. I've cut down to like five hundred calories while aiming for 1,000 while counting calories and burning way more because every time I put more calories into my log I feel the need to record exercise in there as well. Drink as much water as you possibly can, because we get a lot of our water from food so if you don't drink enough water while eating less you'll get dehydrated. Ice water burns more calories. But don't drink right before exercising or you risk actually throwing up and feeling really ill. I know some pro ana websites that I visit for tips on burning calories (not for tips on being anorexic, mind you) so if you want some links e-mail me. Also keep in mind that I’m not pro anorexia, I'm just trying to help you.
Need help to lose weight fast….? Ok so I know this is something many struggle with and normaly it doesn't bother me. But in a couple of weeks I’m going to see a lot of old friends, and an ex, who I’ven't seen for a long time. Ive put on nearly ten kilos since I last saw them.
