    When do results of cardio/fat loss show up? Hi Lets say I do thirty minutes of cardio (running) every 2 days, and I burn more calories than i consume……How long does it take for the body to actually burn fat and how long does it take for the fat to visibly “disappear” after the workout? I don't know much about this so if someone could explain or help me to get a better understanding of the fat loss process I would be grateful… Trying to get of the small amount of fat on my lower abs seems to be a process longer than I thought it would be Thanks

    I have read and studied so much on fat loss about what works and what does not. After a while it all blends together and pretty much says the same thing. In this blog, not only is the information rock solid, it’s presented in a unique way that I never really saw before. It definitely breaks down the material so you understand why everything works. Not like other blogs where they just tell you just to do something. In my mind, if you understand why your doing something, then your chances of success are exponentially higher. I also think that most of the fat loss/ diet blogs that are out there are fads. For example look at the Atkins diet. It came and went. This blog is not a fad. It’ll get results, over and over again. What I love the most about this blog though, is it’ll show you how to weed out all of the garbage programs, fads, and diets out there. Not only will it help you shed weight, but you’ll actually be smarter after going through it. And just in case you want programs and how to do certain things, that’s included too. You can get that if you just go to the website after you pick up the blog. Very solid blog, five stars all the way!

    You cant target the area on your body where to lose the fat, its different in everyone. Cardio is the best workout to burn fat so ur on track for that but always try some weight lifting u dont sweat as much when ur doing cardio but u do lose the weight and fast too (i think).
