That it comes in gelatin capsules (not vegetarian) and 2. That the dosage is a low 250 mg per capsule. By comparison, Costco sells 150 Hoodia tablets of five hundred mg each for about thirty-four dollars (plus tax, but no shipping charges). The best Hoodia I have found is Hoodoba Pure, available at [...] they’re vegetarian, sixty tablets per container of 750 mg. Hoodoba Pure may seem a bit more expensive, but it is the most effective I have found.

It’s just not doing what it’s supposed to be doing: curb my appetite. Unfortunately I don’t notice any difference at all! Also be aware that most glowing reviews of Hoodia are written by the companies that sell this alleged weight loss product. It’s possible that the authentic Hoodia – in the proper quantity – harvested from South Africa may work, but this effect is not experienced in these capsules. Buyer beware! ‘Source Naturals’ is an excellent company and the majority of their supplements are of very high quality, but Hoodia shouldn’t be on this list.
How much hoodia should I take? I’ve been searching on the web and different websites say different things. Some say 700mg, others say 1500mg and some even say 3000mg a day. I weigh 124 lbs, I'm five ft and I was wondering what dosage I should take to effectively suppress hunger. I’ve these capsules that have 200mg each, so how many capsules should I take? I was steadily gaining weight and not doing too much about it. I’ve a physical job so the thought of exercising after working construction has not been to appealing. My sister in law uses super hoodia and she gave me a bottle to use. I wasnt sure what to expect. Sometimes, meeting with my in-laws is enough by itself to make me lose my apetite sometimes but all jokes aside, this stuff works well enough that I bought my own set of three bottles and will continue to buy it. Sometimes, nothing stops my appetite but I found that this super hoodia stuff helps turn the tides often enough to make it a good product. I find it really helpful when I’m working so I dont want to enhale every donut in sight. It’s a pretty cheap price for the benefit you get.
