I’m currently 5'2 male and my weight is 12st. I’ve looked at a couple 'reflex Diet Protein' and ' Maximuscle Promax Diet' but there are quiet expensive.     1st off CONGRATS!!!! That’s a major accomplishment you should be super proud of yourself!! Im a personal trainer and the only supplement I would advise is coffee/caffeine.
