What is a good diet plan to loose weight and get toned for a day to day basis? Im looking for something for something that will boost my metabolism, give me more energy and help gain muscle. Im looking for real answers i know starving yourself is bad and i want a good diet plan where i know what to eat breakfast lunch and dinner or even snacks, i mean I’m eating healthy already but i feel like its not enough ive been on kinda a low carb diet but not really i just want a good diet plan that i know i can stick to. (to all the people that will give stupid answers thanks? For not having a life to waste your time going online to find something to do like giving answers like stop eating twinkies or something like that cause your not only wasting my time but yours. Ps. I recieved the hdg drops but there was nothing on the label and the order was missing the diet protocol guide. I’m concerned since the ingredients should always be listed on the label. There was a piece of paper with a website address and I went there was no product descripiton or list of ingredients or diet guide I could print. I see from the comments others have had this issue.
