    What is a good diet plan to loose weight and get toned for a day to day basis? Im looking for something for something that will boost my metabolism, give me more energy and help gain muscle. Im looking for real answers i know starving yourself is bad and i want a good diet plan where i know what to eat breakfast lunch and dinner or even snacks, i mean I’m eating healthy already but i feel like its not enough ive been on kinda a low carb diet but not really i just want a good diet plan that i know i can stick to. (to all the people that will give stupid answers thanks? For not having a life to waste your time going online to find something to do like giving answers like stop eating twinkies or something like that cause your not only wasting my time but yours. Ps. Twinkies are nasty.)

    I recieved the hdg drops but there was nothing on the label and the order was missing the diet protocol guide. I’m concerned since the ingredients should always be listed on the label. There was a piece of paper with a website address and I went there was no product descripiton or list of ingredients or diet guide I could print. I see from the comments others have had this issue.     By the way i hate twinkies to ppl always tell me tht to if u rlly want to lose weight go on a two thousand calorie diet and do exercise such as a mile walk or cleaning the house try eatin bananas n othe fruits drink alot of water while exercising srry i wasnt much help

    Good Advice for Exercise and Diet Plan to lose weight before Summer? Soo summer is around the corner which means so is the bikini and pool! Over this winter I've managed to get a little careless with my diet and working out. I'm in pretty good shape, but i know I’ve been and could be in better. I wanna shed a healthy amount of weight before June, maybe 10-15pounds at the most. What is a good diet, and exercise plan to help achieve this goal? I’ve a gym membership and already try use it about three times a week if not more. But lately I’ven't been seeing much results as i once did. What are good work outs and foods to really kick this in gear? Thanks in advance

    Without laboratory equipment they can’t be that exact. My slimming magazine suggests a weight of between 66-72 kg for a woman of your height so you sound Ok.

    Workout and diet plan? Does this sound like a good workout/diet plan? I’m hoping to lose 20-30lbs within two months. Fourty-five minutes on the elliptical five days out of the week, weight lifting, one hundred jumping jacks and fifty crunches (again five days out of the week). Diet- Cutting out soda and sugary drinks, eating more fruit, baked chicken breasts, plain tuna packed in water, 2% cottage cheese and…thats all I can think of for now. If you'd like to give some advice or tips please do!

    Is this a good diet plan? I'm going on a diet plan that I came up with. I'm gonna be a strict vegetarian only eating vegetables. I'm going to eat the recommended amount of vegetables every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I'll only be drinking water. I'll be doing an hour of speed walking on the week days as well. I'm looking to lose one hundred pounds since I'm overweight. Just wondering if this is a good diet plan. Suggestions would be good too.

    That’s not a very good plan for 2 huge reasons. 1. Daily recommended intake of vegetable only makes up a small portion of total recommended daily food intake. 2. No protien. You need protien for so many things. You’re going to need to eat beans or some other type of vegetarian higher protien item. Don't create to much of a calorie deficit, it’s not healthy
