Diet and Fitness help? I want to lose weight for real so i play on going on a diet and start running and weight lifting. I’ve read somethings about how many times you should eat a day which is six times. What should i eat thats the questions for me. Also I’ve man boobs how can i get rid of them? By the end of my school year i want to be in shape and not fat anymore. Thank you for the advice. Feel free to add any other important imformaction that’s necsseary or that’s needed for me. BTW im sixteen 5.9ft and around 180 pounds.
Try this website it would really help you or at least it did for me and for all the people there and it’s totally free and everyone there have the same goal answering your question what important is not how much you eat, but what do you eat personally I follow calories diet where all what I’ve to do is tracking the calories I eat by day so basically I can eat what ever I want as long that I’m not going over my calories limit I recommend this diet for anyone because it’s not too hard if you eat a bar of chocolate, then just don't eat much in your dinner or so but in the same time if you want to eat without being hungry the rest of the day, you’ll have to look for healthy food that has low calories and eventually you’ll see that the bar of chocolate doesn't worth all the calories it has and you’ll give it up Also on my diet I’ve on day off where I break my diet so my body does/t get used to it and stop burning calories and at that day I eat almost whatever I want without regrading because I know my body is not used to to this amount of food so it’s gonna get rid of it all in two days for man boobs they’re all fat probably you’ll get rid of them by losing weight and exercising would do magic to them
