Major Weight Loss Help Please!? Ugh ok so my mom just basically told me I was really fat like she looked at me and I was talking and she just goes…”you’re so fat” …and then she started screaming at me. No weight loss first week? I've been on a high protein low fat / low gi diet. I work out every day for an hour at a time mixing it up with cardio and strength training.
